When
we visit a location, we
collect the address of every property
displaying a For Sale and Sold board.
These addresses are supplied to our customers as part
of the
Market Share Report in an Excel spreadsheet format.
The
address list also identifies 'Hot properties'. These are
classified as properties that appear on more than one quarterly
report as displaying either a For Sale or a Sold board outside.
